Native Level English

I talked to an Asian friend that is nearly fluent in English. He studied in USA and UK for one year each. His dream is to be a translator. He refused to speak his own language while living here or in the UK and quickly learned English to a native Level. He also hung out and made friends with Americans /British only while studying here.
